Simple chive blossom pasta dressing
As the weather hits this in-between period of too cool for salads but not so cool that I'm craving thick crusted pies I often turn to pasta. I love pasta in its many forms and coated with all kinds of rich sauces but sometimes I need something much quicker and lighter. This dressing is the perfect light combination of flavours for those days.
With garlic and chives packing depth of flavour and chive blossoms add an unexpected hit of prettiness to a pasta dish.
Ideal for the lunch in a hurry this super quick and easy pasta dressing, is heavenly when combined with the Black Bean and Besan pasta found in my cookbook.
